Mikayla & Eric, Hampshire House, Beacon Hill Boston
Mikayla & Eric got married at the Hampshire House in Boston's Beacon Hill neighborhood with stunning views of Boston Common! Check out their full blog on our blog tab! It was a very hot and humid August day so we were so thankful to have an amazing inside venue for portraits. Having a backup plan in all weather is so important when choosing a venue! They also chose the most beautiful Beacon Hill hotel - The Whitney - which had the most perfect lighting an room set ups for photography!

Mikayla & Eric had a sweet treat for getting ready - cat chocolates from L.A. Burdick in Harvard Square where they had their first date and their engagement session! They were so adorable!

Entering the Hampshire House! While the original plan was to do their portraits in the Boston Public Garden, Mikayla's curly hair would have become so frizzy due to the heat and humidity. We all decided to pivot the plan to using their venue, the Hampshire House for their remaining portraits. Not one regret!

Their cake cutting. We wanted to make sure their photography really captured the warmth of the library room their reception was held in. We tried to lower our flash to really capture the true ambiance.
An emotional toast from Mikayla's father included words about her sweet mother who is no longer with us. I may not have had dry eyes myself...

Tricia & Travis,Charles Riverboat company, Valiant Yacht, Boston Harbor
Tricia & Travis were married in Boston Harbor on the luxury yacht, Valiant operated by the Charles Riverboat Company in June! They had a stunning first look at the Custom House after getting ready at the Harborside Inn on State Street. It was a truly stunning day and we always love working with the Charles Riverboat Company, we are on their preferred vendor list as well if you're interested in booking a wedding or event with either of us please reach out!

Ian & Ivana, Blessed Sacrament & Walpole Country Club, Walpole, Massachusetts
Ian & Ivana traveled to Walpole, Massachusetts from Port Saint Lucie, Florida! Ian grew up in Walpole in a stunning home actually featured in "This Old House" - it was the original Walpole Day School! It couldn't have been a better place for Ivana to get ready, their first look and their portraits before their Mass at Blessed Sacrament. They then had a spectacular reception at the Walpole Country Club, we LOVED this venue!

John & Kayla, Andover Barn, East Andover, NH
John & Kayla chose the ultimate barn experience with the bonus of having an entire inn for them and family and friends to stay at for the whole weekend - this is so hard to find! The bridal suite was perfect for getting ready in and we had the bonus of being able to use another room across the hall that Kayla's grandparents were staying in. It was super nice to have a bonus bathroom and place for the bridal party to put their stuff down. John and Kayla did a beautiful first touch rather than first look, the barn doors were so perfect for this shot. We loved being in New Hampshire for the weekend, the sparkler exit under the stars was an incredible experience. We've loved working with this great couple for years!
